AI-generated content should be used as a study tool, not as your sole source of information.

Currently, Revisto+ primarily supports English for AI content generation. We're working on adding support for additional languages in future updates.

Some AI features require an internet connection, while others work offline:

• Offline: Basic flashcard studying, reviewing saved content
• Online required: AI content generation, keyword extraction, community features

The AI can create:

• Flashcards: Question/answer pairs for memorization
• Summaries: Concise overviews of key concepts
• Quizzes: Multiple choice, true/false, and short answer questions

Yes! All AI-generated content can be fully edited:

• Modify flashcard questions and answers
• Adjust summaries and notes
• Delete or add items
• Reorganize content

The AI provides a starting point, but you have complete control.

You can organize flashcards by:

• Decks: Create custom decks by subject or topic
• Tags: Add tags for easy filtering
• Folders: Group related decks together
• Favorites: Mark important cards for quick access

We're working on import features! Currently, you can:

• Manually recreate cards
• Use AI generation to quickly create cards from your existing study materials
• Copy and paste content

Import functionality from popular formats (Anki, Quizlet, CSV) is planned for future releases.

No! You can create unlimited flashcards with your free Revisto+ account.

Yes! You have three privacy options:

• Private: Only you can see it
• Public: Anyone in the Revisto+ community can find and use it
• Link Only: Only people with the direct link can access it

You can change privacy settings at any time.

1. Tap the "Explore" or "Community" tab
2. Use the search bar to find specific topics
3. Filter by: Subject (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc.), Rating/popularity, Recent additions
4. Preview content before saving to your collection

Yes! Help the community by:

• Rating: Give 1-5 stars based on quality and accuracy
• Reviewing: Leave constructive feedback
• Reporting: Flag inappropriate or inaccurate content

Please keep feedback respectful and helpful.

1. Tap the "Report" button on the content
2. Select the reason (inaccurate, inappropriate, spam, etc.)
3. Provide details (optional but helpful)
4. Submit the report

Our moderation team will review reports within 24-48 hours.

Currently, you can:

• Share decks with specific people via link
• Both copy and modify shared decks independently

Coming soon: Real-time collaboration features, study groups, and shared class decks!

Yes! To change your email:

1. Open the app and go to Settings
2. Tap Account Settings
3. Select Email Address
4. Enter your new email
5. Verify the new email address via confirmation link

Yes! You can sign up or log in using:

Social login is secure and convenient—we only access basic profile information (name, email).

We're sorry to see you go! Here's how to delete your account:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open Revisto+ and log in
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll down and tap Account Settings
4. Select Delete Account
5. Read the information about what will be deleted
6. Confirm by entering your password
7. Tap Delete My Account Permanently

Option 2: Contact Support

If you can't access the app, email us at official.revistoplus@gmail.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address, username, and reason for deletion (optional).

We collect:

• Study data: Your flashcards, decks, progress (private by default)
• Usage data: How you use the app (to improve features)
• Device info: Device type, OS version (for compatibility)

No! We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your study materials and personal data are yours.

No! Your study progress, statistics, and private content are only visible to you. Only content you explicitly choose to share publicly becomes visible to others.

Revisto+ is designed for ages 13 and up. For users under 13:

• Parental consent is required
• Parents/guardians should create and supervise the account
• We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)

Yes! Your account syncs across all your devices. Log in with the same account on each device, and your content automatically syncs when online. Study on your phone, tablet, or any supported device. Note: Both devices must be online to sync changes.

Revisto+ is optimized for STEM subjects:

But you can create content for any subject!

Absolutely! While Revisto+ is optimized for STEM, the AI and features work well for languages and vocabulary, history and social studies, business and economics, test preparation (SAT, GRE, MCAT, etc.), and any subject requiring memorization and review.

Revisto+ is currently free for everyone, so no discount is needed! If we introduce premium features in the future, we'll offer education pricing.

Yes! Create and share decks with your study group, share links to specific content, everyone can make their own copy and customize it, and use community features to discuss and rate content. Coming soon: Dedicated group study features and shared workspaces!

Revisto+ is a study tool, not a cheating tool. We expect users to use content for personal learning, follow their institution's academic integrity policies, not use Revisto+ during exams (unless permitted), and create original content or properly attribute sources.

Only if you use an institutional account provided by your school, join a classroom or group managed by your institution, or explicitly grant permission. Otherwise, your personal account and data remain private.

Common causes:

• No internet connection: AI generation requires online access
• Server maintenance: Check our status page or social media
• Input too short: Provide at least a paragraph of text
• Unsupported characters: Avoid special formatting or symbols

To fix syncing issues:

1. Ensure both devices are online
2. Log out and log back in on both devices
3. Force sync by pulling down in the main screen
4. Check that you're using the same account on both devices
5. Update to the latest app version

You do! You retain full ownership of all content you create. By sharing content publicly, you grant Revisto+ and other users a license to use it for educational purposes, but you remain the owner.

The free version is for personal educational use. Commercial use (e.g., selling study materials, business training) requires written permission. Contact us at business@revisto.app

In the unlikely event we discontinue the service:

• We'll provide at least 90 days notice
• You'll be able to export all your data
• We'll offer recommendations for alternative platforms
• Your data won't be transferred without your consent

Effective Flashcard Study:

1. Active Recall: Try to answer before flipping
2. Honest Assessment: Mark correctly only if you truly knew it
3. Spaced Practice: Study regularly, not cramming
4. Elaboration: Add personal notes or mnemonics
5. Mixed Practice: Shuffle cards to avoid order memorization

Recommended Schedule:

• Daily: 15-30 minutes minimum
• Build streaks: Consistency beats marathon sessions
• Multiple sessions: Better than one long session
• Review before exams: Start 2+ weeks ahead

The app will remind you and suggest optimal study times!

A web version is in our long-term roadmap! For now, the mobile app offers the best experience, but we're exploring web access for content creation and management.
